Comprehensive Initial Training Program
Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® understands that success doesn't happen by accident. You must plan for success and train yourself to effectively manage a modern cleaning company. Our comprehensive training program stresses the importance of proper techniques and using the latest cleaning technology, along with attention to detail and effective management.

We make sure that you have the most advanced training on the use of all equipment, chemicals, supplies and procedures, as well as efficient techniques that save time and money. We will also demonstrate how Coveralll's uncompromising standards of quality control help you grow your business.

Once you have completed our Comprehensive Initial Training Program, you will be ready to effectively manage a Coverall Health-Based Cleaning Systems® janitorial service business of your own!

Starting Equipment Package
During your training you will become familiar with the important elements of commercial office cleaning and management.  Coverall Mountain & Pacific makes available to you, low-cost equipment packages with the proper business and cleaning tools & supplies you will need to start your business.

The Starting Equipment Packages includes almost everything you'll need to service your first few accounts. Things like business supplies (business cards, uniform shirts, business forms, name badges, etc.), cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, microfiber mop & bucket, window squeegee, protective gloves & eye wear, etc.), and cleaning chemicals (glass cleaner, neutral cleaner, germicidal detergent, etc.). Starting Customer Base
Once you are armed with the proper skills and equipment, Coverall Mountain & Pacific will provide you with the most important part of a new business: your initial customers. The investment package you choose will determine the size and the number of customers obtained for you. Your Coverall Regional Support Center will help you select the plan that best suits your business goals.

The Teamwork Approach
Each Franchise Owner forms a relationship with their Regional Support Center, which provides each Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® Franchise Owner with support in the areas of:

Marketing & sales - Ask anyone attempting to run a small janitorial service business what their greatest challenge is and they will tell you: finding new customers.

If you're not a sales type, no problem. Every Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® Regional Support Center maintains an on-going customer sales program. Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® will provide you with your initial customer base (see Starting Customer Base below). Once you have your initial customer base, you can always come back to Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® and upgrade your franchise.

Depending on the size of your upgrade, Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® will provide that amount of additional customer billings by using our sales staff to obtain new customer accounts for your business to service. Think of it like having your own marketing and sales department without the cost of hiring your own staff. (Please refer to our current Franchise Disclosure Document for details.)

If you enjoy selling and would like to bring in new customer accounts, we will provide you with Sales Training and we'll assist you in putting together high quality, professional service proposals.

Administrative Support - For a period of time, we provide you with cash flow assistance. Each month, your Coverall Regional Support Center bills the customers that you service. The following month we forward a check to you regardless of whether or not we have been paid by the customer. See the Franchise Disclosure Document for further details about this important benefit.

Customer Service - Coverall knows that customers require an immediate response to their service inquiries. That's why we have on-call customer service representatives available at your Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® Regional Support Center. This service helps your customers feel secure in knowing that Coverall is always there, which helps you be more responsive to their needs.

Training - Training never ends, or at least it shouldn't. Continuous improvement is our goal and the key to the continued health and growth of any business. Once you complete the Comprehensive Initial Training Program (see below), Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® provides a number of training opportunities throughout the year to enhance your knowledge and skills, including an annual "Franchise Day" event at which Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® personnel and equipment & supply vendors put on seminars on the latest developments in our industry.

Equipment & supplies - In our industry, using the right equipment, supplies and techniques is critical to an efficient and profitable operation. Labor is usually the most costly expense in running a service business. Therefore, using your labor productively by making smart investments in the right equipment to minimize the labor needed to complete the job becomes very important.

Knowing what equipment to buy and getting the best price possible is not a problem for Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® Franchise Owners. Your Franchise Operations Manager or your Regional Director acts as your advisor to guide you through the often confusing choices available. In addition, Coverall has relationships with national vendors of equipment and supply manufacturers which allow you take advantage of the group buying power of over 8,500 Franchise Owners nationwide.

    • Obtain additional accounts from Coverall by upgrading your franchise as described in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
    • You may market your Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® services personally. We will provide you with Sales Training and we'll assist you in putting together high quality, professional service proposals.
  • Advanced Training for Special Services - Once you have a good grasp of the basics, you can expand your business with Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System®' advanced training sessions. Skills like carpet care and a full range of hard-floor care, will add options which can help increase your revenue.
  • Specialized Training for Niche Markets - You will have the opportunity to become qualified to service additional markets through a wide range of certification programs. By mastering specific skills, your staff can provide cleaning services to health care facilities, high-tech manufacturing, clean rooms and other specialized environments.
  • Professional Certification Programs - Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® has a variety of professional certification programs that can help further your expertise in specific areas. Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® offers training programs that are approved by the National Safety Council.
