If you're not a sales type, no problem. Every Coverall Cleaning Concepts
Regional Support Center maintains an on-going customer
sales program. Coverall Cleaning Concepts will provide you with your initial
customer base (see Starting Customer Base below). Once you have your initial
customer base, you can always come back to Coverall Cleaning Concepts
and upgrade your franchise.
Depending on the size of your upgrade, Coverall Cleaning Concepts will
provide that amount of additional customer billings
by using our sales staff to obtain new customer accounts for your business
to service. Think of it like having your own marketing and sales department

If you are the sales type and would like to bring in new customer accounts,
we will provide you with Sales Training and we'll
assist you in putting together high quality, professional service proposals.
Administrative Assistance - For a period of time, We provide you with
cash flow assistance. Each month, your Coverall Cleaning
Concepts Regional Support Center bills the customers that you service.
The following month we forward a check to you regardless of whether or
not we have been paid by the customer. See the Uniform Franchise Offering
Circular (UFOC) for further details about this important benefit.
Customer service - Coverall Cleaning
Concepts knows that customers require an immediate response to their
service inquiries. That's why we have on-call customer service representatives
available at your Coverall Cleaning Concepts Regional Support Center.
This service helps your customers feel secure in knowing that Coverall
Cleaning Concepts is always there, which helps you be more responsive
to their needs.
Training -
Training never ends, or at least it shouldn't. Continuous
improvement is our goal and the key to the continued
health and growth of any business. Once you complete the Comprehensive
Initial Training Program (see below), Coverall Cleaning Concepts provides
a number of training opportunities throughout the year to enhance your
knowledge and skills, including an annual "Franchise
Day" event at which Coverall Cleaning Concepts
personnel and equipment & supply vendors put on seminars on the
latest developments in our industry.

using the right equipment, supplies and techniques is critical to an
efficient and profitable operation. Labor is usually the most costly
expense in running a service business. Therefore, using your labor productively
by making smart investments in the right equipment to minimize the labor
needed to complete the job becomes very important.
