liability insurance, a $100,000 bond, and must operate at Coverall Cleaning Concepts' high standards, including using the latest in
cleaning techniques and technologies. The result: a cleaner office and no hassles.
Your Regional Support Team
In addition, every Coverall Cleaning Concepts Franchise Owner is backed up by a support team at a local Regional Support Center.
Every customer is assigned their own Coverall Cleaning Concepts Account Manager to lead the support delivered by the Regional Support
Center Team.
Who's on your team?
- Account Manager - The support team leader. Next to your Franchise Owner, your Account Manager is your key contact person. Your Account Manager will stop by to perform periodic Quality Inspections and discuss your service level. Your Account Manager will discuss service options or adjustments to ensure that your service level maximizes your available budget.
- Quality Assurance Representative - Your QA Rep. will stay in touch with you via telephone to proactively monitor your satisfaction level. Our goal is to identify potential problems before they become actual problems.
- Support Center Manager - Your Support Center Manager is responsible for invoicing and properly crediting payments to your account. Any questions about the status of your account can quickly be answered with a phone call.
- Regional Director - The Regional Director oversees all of the operations in his Regional Support Center.
