and will take a tour of your building with you noting dimensions and specific cleaning challenges.

document a Cleaning Work Schedule and Areas to Be Serviced. In addition, we will calculate a monthly price for service
based on Industry Standard Time Studies which will tell us how many work hours the work you are requesting should take
to perform.
- Personally deliver the Service Proposal to you. The final step is to meet with you personally to thoroughly review
the Custom Service Proposal to ensure we have accurately captured your needs. Assuming that we have, we will then discuss
